The Secretary of the Admiralty

presents his compliments to the Under

Secretary of State, Colonial Office and

with reference to Admiralty Letter N.6838/38

dated 7th December, 1938, begs to request that

paragraph 2 be amended to read as follows:-

"Standard rate fees for tuition would

be applicable to the course, and travelling

expenses and the usual charges for messing

and accommodation, if provided, would be

borne by the Non-Commissioned Officer or

reclaimed from the Crown Agents."
